HOW MANY POOLS DOES THE RESORT OFFER ? Temptation has three pools: The Sexy Pool where all the daily action happens. The Temptastic Pool, the pefect setting to continue the party at Temptation. And the Quiet Pool, with 3 jacuzzis, offers the most relaxing spot.

ARE THE POOLS TOPLESS? Yes, the resort’s swimming pools are topless-optional.

IS NUDITY PERMITTED? No, only topless optional sunbathing is allowed.

ARE THE POOLS OPEN 24/7? Guests will find an open pool at every time of the day and night. The Sexy Pool opens in the morning till the afternoon and the Temptastic Pool is open the whole night till the Sexy Pool opens again. The Quiet Pool with 3 jacuzzis is open from the morning to the afternoon so that guests will have the variety of atmospheres they need for a tempting vacation.

ARE BEVERAGES INCLUDED ONLY WITH MEALS? No, beverages are available at all times, with an extensive variety of selected premium liquors and menu of martinis and exotic cocktails included in our 24/7 meal and beverage program.

• El Embarcadero - With tableside beverage service, our buffet-style restaurant is an excellent option to enjoy those special breakfast, lunch and dinner moments to the fullest. Offering dinner themes that change nightly, El Embarcadero alternates from Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, BBQ, Caribbean and Asian cuisines so that you will always find those mouthwatering flavors to please your palate with.
• Il Piacere - Featuring indoor and outdoor seating, this gourmet Italian restaurant offers candlelight and sounds of a cascading wall water sculpture that help set the mood for romance. Reservations required.
• The Village Wok - Enjoy the sweeping, ocean views that our Asian-inspired restaurant will provide you with, as you delight your palate with the most exquisite, á la carte Asian specialties and surrender to its seductive, intimate atmosphere for an evening to cherish. Reservations required.
• Bellavista - Framed by the views of the beach and the quiet pool, this restaurant will serve you gourmet dinners, with a selection of fresh seafood and exotic Caribbean specialties, turning every evening into a romantic event that will delight all your senses. Reservations required.
• Margarita’s Snack Bar & Grill - It’s the place to come when it’s time for a light and tasteful meal in a “welcome as you are” atmosphere. Enjoy classic snacks, traditional Mexican “antojitos” while our bartenders take care of your thirst for Margaritas, Piñas Coladas, Cocos Locos and other tropical cocktails. At night, this restaurant is transformed into a semi-open air outlet where the cool breeze of the evening mixes with the flavors of traditional Tex-Mex and Mexican specialties.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS? The dress code is casual elegant which means, for the gentlemen, no shorts, no t-shirts, no jeans and no sandals.

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR SPECIALTY A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS? No, reservations are not required or taken.

DOES THE RESORT OFFER ROOM SERVICE? Yes, a continental breakfast is available for all guests. Fill out the request form and hang it on your door before 2:00 a.m.

DOES THE RESORT OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE? Yes, the hotel provides a laundry service for an additional charge.

IS INTERNET AND WI-FI SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS? We offer Wi-Fi internet access in the public areas of the resort. If you have your own lap top you can get the access code for $15 USD and you can use it for 24Hrs. If you need a computer, you can ask for it at Front Desk and pay $5 USD every 30 minutes.

IS THE SPA AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS? Yes, our guests will enjoy the services of the spa, that include a wide variety of body treatments, facials, relaxing and sensual massages for couples. Another reason to prefer Temptation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW?

• Check-In Time: 03:00 pm
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am. However, the guests will have an hour allowance to check out until 12:00 pm.
• Bracelets: All guests are required to wear bracelets provided at check-in. If bracelets are lost a replacement can be obtained at the front desk, which will have a $50.00 USD charge.
• Phone Calls: To make phone calls to 800 numbers or through a calling card from the rooms, there is an extra charge of $50.00 pesos for the connection, plus the cost of the phone call.
• Visitors: Access to the resort is restricted to registered guests only. If you wish to host a non-registered guest you must purchase a Day or Night Pass at the Front Desk.
• Beach towel service is from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. The charge for lost towel is $25.00 USD.

ARE AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICES PROVIDED? Yes, we can provide airport transfers at an additional charge, managed by Transbeach Co.

WHAT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO ENTER MEXICO? A Passport is required.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE RESORT SUCH AS: TOURS, RENTAL CAR, ETC? We offer a Car Rental and a Travel Agency at the lobby of the resort.

ARE THERE SMOKING AND NON-SMOKING AREAS IN THE HOTEL? Yes, all outdoor areas are smoking and all indoor areas are non-smoking. In the rooms, smoking is just allowed at the balconies.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A NEWSLETTER? Temptation Resort Spa publishes a free, monthly newsletter. The newsletter contains information about special events, and promotions at the Resort as well as news regarding our Web site.
